After visiting many garages to solve the dpf problem on my audi a4
tdi these guys knew exactly what to do.They carried out the dpf removal on my car and as promised the car is driving better than ever .excellent custumer service and
car was returned on the same day hadmebackon the road in no time will be using these guys
from now on.

'BodyTeq Garage/Sinspeed' is the most disrespectful, unprofessional and slack team I have come across! I went there after reading good reviews and knowing that they were approved by RAC for insurance work, trusting they would do a good job. I was badly mistaken and left out of pocket (do not trust the 'too cheap to be true' estimate). In summary: After leaving my car there for over 11 days; being refused contact with the manager by email/phone; complained about my a member of staff to another customer; being refused an invoice plus being told I would have to pay more if i wanted one; and being bullied into paying a price I was not happy with to get my car back (which they told me they would not release until I had paid the price they wanted)- MY RESPRAYED CAR IS TWO DIFFERENT TONES and they have said they can't match the tone (apparently "you can never 100%" match car paint). Then to top it off... the car was left absolutely filthy and I had to come back as they had forgotten to connect my rear lights and to re-connect my parking sensors!
All of this because, one panel on my car had been resprayed one tone different (this panel was nowhere near the paint job I had asked them to complete) and so they used this as an excuse to justify their dodgy paint job. Initially, they wanted me to pay full price, even though the bumper and side panel are clearly a different colour (plain silver instead of the beige pearlescent tone of the car). They admitted this saying they had use the code registered to the car (later changing it to they used the colour from the petrol cap). Either way it was a lie as the bumper and side panel neither matched the petrol cap or the roof of the car. On first complaint they said they would fix it as they needed to take it to a paint specialist (which they never did) or they would customise the colour (which they never did). They kept my car for a further 4 days after having it for 5 days already, only to tell me that they could not match the colour. Basically, they used a cheaper paint or the wrong paint and did not want to spend the extra money to do the job correctly. I was even told I could pay more if I wanted to blend it in, or the only way of ever getting a panel the same colour as the rest of the car was to respray the whole car. I was also told to stand at various different angles to see if it matched, ridiculous.
In the end I was given £100 off 'to keep me happy'. All I requested was that I did not pay for the paint and the labour for the paint work as I would have to go elsewhere to get it done, but I would pay for the dent that they had removed as it was completed well. But I was not allowed to see an invoice or have the break down of cost as apparently it would take too long to go through receipts (I don't know any reputable garage that can't provide these types of document). I was even told if I contacted a solicitor and went down 'that route' they would charge me extra! I am now out of pocket as I have to get the paintwork done elsewhere, which will cost me more than the £100 they took off (I spent most of that in travel since they had my car over 11 days) but was not allowed my car back unless I paid as they would put it in a secure site elsewhere, for which I would incur charges for every day it was there!

Being new to the area I wasn't sure where to go to get my car repaired after being in a non-fault accident but luckily my insurance company pointed me to Bodyteq as being insurance approved and their recommended garage. I received a courtesy car for the time my vehicle was in with them. I received regular updates and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Bodyteq was very helpful and understanding and I was extremely happy with the level of service and quality of repairs. I received a full valet inside and out!! Thank you :)
