Very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. Always makes sure I am comfortable during procedures. His staff is very professional. Has a large range of procedures available to where I am not contently referred out to other Doctors. Everything I need to maintain good oral health

I've avoided this office for 4 years since my last less-than-great experience. Office staff (Brenda specifically, for YEARS) is rude, short, and condescending. Doctor is more concerned with money than patient comfort and safety, insisting repeatedly that a heavily pregnant patient get x-rays and in early Covid days trying to apply an extra fee that was not made aware to insurances contracted with his office. Unless you have a degradation kink or just really love spending more money than you should, just avoid this office.

Our practice is always concerned for our patients comfort and safety, but most importantly their health. X-rays are an important part of determining the state of your oral health. Lead shields are provided for ALL patients. Our office has the right to charge fees for services rendered regardless of insurance. Our priority and responsibility are always the patient's oral health, and we will not allow insurance companies to dictate treatment needed.

Maniac dentist that yells at his staff and throws things. Felt so uncomfortable seeing him treat his staff that way. It's unpleasant enough to have to the dentist without all that drama going on and feeling bad for the people taking care of you.

The dentist is nice. The front desk lady is very rude. I got a filling a couple months ago and it is now abscessing. I called to make an appointment and the lady said that she would call me back. Never did. Now the tooth is really bothering me and I called to make an appointment AGAIN, and she made it sound like I was inconveniencing her because it was right before their Christmas break. She would not even allow me to make an appointment for when they return. I will be going elsewhere.

I am writing this review because I feel extremely obligated to do everything I can to aid people that need dental care to make sure they are treated with 100 % respect each and every time they set foot in a doctors office. Please shop elsewhere before choosing Dr. Crowthers office. I researched a great deal and chose him because of ALL the wonderful reviews, the long list of credentials and the compassion that was showed to me on my first visit. The problem lies in the future visits. After receiving extensive dental work that was needed from years of neglect and fear and quite a large sum of money things took a turn . It was evident that I now was nothing more than just a business transaction. Speaking for myself I will not pay a doctor obscene amounts of money to be treated with anything other than respect. I overlooked a visit where I felt Dr. Crowther sort of scolded me for not doing "my job at home ". I was offended and in tears when I left the office. After a long period of time and in need of once again some extensive dental work I decided to give him another shot because I do NOT doubt he is good at his craft. My next visit would prove my theory that he perhaps has become so comfortable with his practice that he has totally lost compassion for the patient. Not only was he cold, but his office staff treated me with total disrespect. This is something that is not acceptable on any level. I was made to feel like a child . I was in the chair prepared for work , but repeatedly spoken to with disrespect so I did what needed to be done which was walk out. This was prior to the Dr even coming in. The Dr which was in an ear shot of everything never attempted to rectify this situation and to add insult to injury refused to return phone calls so that we could discuss my visit and why I left. I find this unacceptable considering the numbers of doctors available to us. If the problem lies in the Dr alone then I would have expected some compassion from the staff, but if the staff is also aloud to treat patients this way then there is an even bigger problem. We are what makes these practices thrive and it is our duty to share experiences both good and bad so that we can each make informed decisions.
