Hotel Adria

Awesome location. Picked it because it was close to the English Gardens and in walking distance of the Marienplatz! The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were traditional and good. The hard boiled eggs were excellent lol. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only thing is there was no AC. Luckily it was in the 60's and 70's while we were in town. Thanks again. We hope to be back in the future.

I stayed here 3 nights and found it to be quite pleasant. It is small, quiet, and conveniently located. It is in a safe neighborhood so walking at night is okay. It is a 15 minute walk to the Marienplatz in the Altstadt. The front desk offer plenty of advice on what to do and where to go.

The Lehel subway, tram, and bus stop is very close by (2 minute walk) so getting around the city is easy and convenient.

Breakfast was good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but a step up from eggs and bacon.

I'd stay again.

Marta, at breakfast, brought me lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread, and fried eggs without butter, every single morning, for 6 days. On the 7th morning, she must have left instructions, because her substitute did the same as soon as she heard our room number. This level of 5-star service is an example of the many positive surprises at this hotel.

We were delighted to discover a normal shower (completely enclosed, instead of the common "half doors" found on many hotel tubs). Plenty of storage space: closet, shelves, a nook for a suitcase; refrigerator, not filled with overpriced items we would never buy, for our own grocery items; extra towels provided daily; superb safe location, walking distance to all major attractions; helpful front desk staff; laptop in lobby for printing boarding passes; quiet spacious room and comfortable bed.

Great weekend prices at 84EUR including breakfast for a wonderful double room! We stayed here for 3 nights in July and could hardly have been happier with the location, the room, kind service and not least the breakfast! Parking was free on the street with a residence card, they hand out in the reception. I do however find it a little annoying when one has to pay extra for WIFI.
Highly recommended at this price!
