It says on their site that they do waxing for men but I when I booked an appointment and showed for my session, I was told that they don't do waxing for men.

Pretty sure the ladies in the reception are homophobic, terrible!

Went for a pedicure with my sister. The therapist was very thorough but the treatment was quite basic and had no sense of pampering about it, especially considering the cost which was £34.for a basic pedicure. I would normally expect a good foot massage and a more relaxing environment for that cost but all i got was some cream rubbed into my feet and wasn't even offered a glass of water. My sister had the same treatment as me but somehow her therapist spent 20 mins less on her. I usually like this venue but i wouldnt recommend this treatment unless all you want is nail polish. There are much better and cheaper alternatives out there!

The staff there is a gamble, the beauty consultant that saw me managed to make my forehead bleed with a simple eyebrow thread, priced at £7.50. Had a bikini wax there before and it cost £37 for pretty much the same result as the other salons that cost £20. It was done very quickly, though. They offer a wide range of treatments but if threading left me bleeding, I will look elsewhere for more invasive services like laser hair removal. If you don't mind being gouged by rude and possibly unknowledgeable staff then this is the place, as they are fast.

Very disappointing. There isn't a warm welcome any time I've been there. I hoped in time that loyalty would pay off but service was erratic. More recently the standard of the work has been hit and miss. Never know what to expect. Standard inconsistent - the older more experienced staff were good. Recently I was charged more than £50 for a bikini and leg wax, only to find several patches of hair that missed. Absolutely unacceptable at that price. Also the cost of getting my roots redone kept increasing in price and frankly not worth the price for the standard of the work. There are more upmarket places for the same price where you get much more for your money or other places which cost half the price and the standard of the work much higher.

I've been taking my daughter here since she was 3, and she's now 8. Great price for kids cuts (no more than a tenner) and nice service from the hairdresser. In fact, the cuts are great and grow out really well, so well that I don't have to go back for months. I'd give them 5 stars if reception staff were friendlier.

The waxers here are excellent. I have been using Annabella for years. Highly, highly recommended. The reception staff are a bit frosty. If you can see past that I'd recommend them for waxing.
