Please join Raymond Vineyards for an event celebrating the release of American Wine: The Ultimate Companion to the Wines and Wineries of the United States by Jancis Robinson and Linda Murphy on Sunday, March 17 from 12:30 to 3:30 PM. Wine and cheese will be served and books will be available for purchase and signature by both Jancis and Linda.

American Wine (University of California Press, March 2013, $50.00) is a full-color, comprehensive book for wine lovers and United States history enthusiasts. Organized by geographical region, American Wine provides convenient "Snapshots" for each major winegrowing region including: information about most-planted wine varieties, acreage, and key wineries from Trailblazers (historic wineries) to Steady Hands (consistently reliable brands) to Superstars (with the most sought-after wines) to Ones to Watch (up-and-coming and particularly innovative producers).
